KlimaKover

A full-scale radiant cooling pavilion on Governors Island, New York, built with Henning Larsen. I led the measurement and MRT mapping, turning invisible heat into drawings people can read.

I treat computation and representation as instruments of environmental design, turning invisible heat, airflow and occupant data into drawings, models and full-scale prototypes that drive design decisions.

About

Central to my approach is the connection between design exploration and scientific validation. I develop computational workflows that translate environmental conditions into architectural strategies, integrating simulation, AI-assisted generative design, physical prototyping and field measurements.

My research extends from responsive materials and adaptive building envelopes to passive environmental systems and urban thermal environments, connecting technical performance with spatial experience and human well-being.

Teaching and mentorship are part of the same practice: research, design and education inform one another.
